Avon Welcomes — Your First 3 Campaigns
As a new rep, you're in the Avon Welcomes programme for your first 3 campaigns (months). Your discount is calculated on each campaign's sales individually — and you can earn up to 30% from day one.
Avon Rewards — Your Ongoing Commission
After your first 3 campaigns you graduate into Avon Rewards. Your level is based on your total sales over each quarter (3 months), and that level then applies for the following quarter.

Customers order directly through your personal Avon online store. Avon handles fulfilment and pays your commission weekly, directly to your bank account.
