Disappointed

I've been buying these for years. The last ones I bought are very different, gritty and clumpy to put on, no longer smooth and break easily. Also now more difficult to remove without rubbing and making the eyes sore. Why change a brilliant product??

Great eyeliner but they break

I love these glimmersticks . Have bought many . They all seem to break half way down . Is there a special sharpener you should use please

Change in formula not good

I have sworn by these eyeliners for many years and they were the only ones I would use, having them in multiple colours. I have also recommended them to numerous friends. However the new formula is just awful. The liners are now far too soft, break off easily, you no longer can get a fine line and they bleed after a few hours whereas it used to last all day, even though tears or watering eyes. I will not be buying these again unless the formula reverts back to the old.

Not the same

I bought three of these in my usual cosmic brown . Don’t like them at all . Far too soft and don’t last . Please bring back the original True Colour Glimmerstick , it was perfect and have used them for years

Disappointing Products

I agree with a comment already made by someone else on the reviews - I have used this products for years and years but have found in the last 12 months or so that the liner is softer and so doesn’t give a defined straight line. It leaks into the skin below my eyes and looks terrible. I’ve tried to put it in the fridge to see if it keeps it firm but unfortunately not. I am 55 now and my skin doesn’t have the same elasticity as it did years ago, which makes it even harder to get a straight line. Please either go back to how the product was before or make the black defined eye liner in other colours (ie cosmic brown) as this gives a defined straight line and doesn’t smudge or bleed/run where it shouldn’t. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks
